This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit casebound.net or buy CaseBound, and what we do with it. CaseBound is made by Kevin Berry (“we”, “us”).
What we keep
We only keep your email address, together with the details we need to give you access to the product and to help you if you contact us (for example, which edition you bought).
What we do not keep
- Your writing. CaseBound runs in your own web browser, and the stories, case files and manuscripts you create are stored in your browser, not on our servers. We cannot see them.
- Your payment details. Purchases are processed by WarriorPlus and its payment providers. We never see or store your card or bank details.
- Your Claude account details. CaseBound works with your own Claude account. Your sign-in and usage are handled by Claude’s provider, Anthropic, under their own terms and privacy policy.
How we use your email address
- to deliver your purchase and give you access to CaseBound;
- to answer support, access and refund requests;
- to tell you about updates to CaseBound and related products. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your email address. We share it only with the services needed to run the sale and support your purchase, such as WarriorPlus, and where the law requires it.
Cookies and third-party scripts
This site loads a script from WarriorPlus to support checkout. WarriorPlus may use cookies or similar technologies for that purpose, as described in its own policies.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your email address for as long as we need it for the purposes above. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing kevin@kevinberrybooks.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
